The electronic system PDA (Personal Electronic Assistant) will be able to manage a customers request for attendance, to site visit, works on site, recording project records, producing certification documents and raising of invoices. Britannia in partnership clients will have the opportunity to access a page and plot the progress of their projects data, giving them more control and improved communications.
