| Britannia Quality |
The engineers training programme on the products, installation standards, testing and commissioning, instigate our quality standards. The initial quality audit takes the form of self-assessments by the engineer, by the completion of a tick box checklist, which is stored on file to give full trace-ability.
| Independent quality audits are carried out by Site Foreman/Supervisor and documented on the file; in conjunction with spot inspections by senior management team to ensure our high quality professional standards are maintained. |
| Any departure from our quality standards would be actioned by remedial works, and if deemed necessary the engineer would be issued with the appropriate re-training document. |
| Britannia quality procedures are monitored and audited by our trade associations for compliance. |
